- Global Tender waiver from Ministry upto 200 crore is required under rule 161/(iv) of GFR 2017for The form for applying is available @ FORMS.
- The format for GTE waiver may kindly be filled as per attachment along with, Proprietary Certificate, Justification for the procurement through single quotation, Quotation, GeM non-availability report.
- Procurement of spare parts GTE waiver is not required for procurement of services like AMC auxiliary/ add-on components which are procured form OEM/OES/OPM on nomination basis.
