Internal Dispatch

The Internal Dispatch plays a vital role in dispatching tapals to Departments / Centre / Section, during the forenoon and afternoon sessions depending on the priority of the tapals received everyday for the Admin building.

External Dispatch

The External dispatch section collects all the External tapals received from Departments / Centres / Sections and forwards the same to IITM Post office by franking the tapals for Ordinary Post / Registered Post / Air Mail.

All the Speed Post are dispatched through Book Now Pay Later (BNPL) method.  The monthly bill for the same is certified and forwarded to the F&A Section for payment.
