Welcome to the Website of Administration Section, IITM

Administration Section, located on the 2nd Floor of the Institute’s Administrative building, handles all the official matters related to the regular and contractual employees, pensioners and commercial establishments of the Institute. The major activities include service matters, estate, pension, insurance and loans & advances. This portal shall provide information on the various Sections of the Administration, its activities and also document updated circulars and orders issued by both Institute and other relevant Statutory Authorities.

Administration commits itself to establish a Quality System comprising of Quality System and Procedure Manual in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001:2015. The three important Quality Policies for Administration are as follows:
