At least 10 years industrial / research / teaching experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution / institutions of comparable standards.

The Selection process will be done through open advertisement. Candidates not eligible for direct recruitment may be put on tenure track for the regular posts of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor on contract basis. Faculty members recruited on contract basis need to appear before the Selection Committee again to be placed in regular Academic Pay Level.
