Superintending Engineer
The Superintending Engineer has been declared as Head of Department of Engineering Unit and he/she has to exercise the powers of Head of Department within the GFR. He/She has to discharge the duty of coordination, planning, designing and overall control and function of the Engineering Unit.
Assistant Executive Engineer
Assist in designing, developing and executing construction projects. Work with Executive Engineer in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan and design sheet.

Executive Engineer
An Executive Engineer has technical and administrative responsibility for a Division under a Circle within a Wing or Zone of the Institute. The Executive Engineer is required to report on all issues concerning his Division to the Superintending Engineer of his Circle
