- Obtaining GTE approval from Ministry for import of new equipments except AMC/spares & auxiliary items for the existing equipments from OEM/OPM.
- Entering into Rate Contract (empanelment of vendors) for Hiring of Tourist Vehicles, Advertisement Agency, Gas, Structured Network Cabling etc.
- Entering into Service Contract for Manpower, Security Service, Pharmacy, Clinical Laboratory, Physiotherapy Unit, Campus Café, Departmental Store, Freight Forwarder etc.
- Disposal of inorganic waste / G-waste / e-waste through GeM portal (forward auction)
- ID creation for GeM portal / e-Publishing / e-Procurement
- Clearance of import consignment, recouping of Customs Duty / AAI
- Furnishing of Bill of Entry details to the Bank for import orders
- Tagging of assets with QR code
